Hortisort - Computer Vision based fruit grader system from Zentron Labs.
Hortisort automates the task of sorting fruits with higher accuracy and greater throughput. A combination of rigorous image processing algorithms and robust hardware ensures that each fruit is scrutinized comprehensively for all defects before exiting the inspection line. Fruits are also categorized into different grades based on a combination of colour, size, weight, and defect.
GTron - inline inspection system from Zentron
GTron is an inline, high-speed, vision system for optical gauging of the critical dimensions of stamped parts in a terminal reel. It is suitable for inspecting any type of small terminals at high speed. This helps precision metal stamping manufacturers perform 100% inspection of each terminal, measuring every dimension in every part with minimal human intervention with great accuracy. We have achieved an accuracy of ± 12 microns at a rate of 1,200 parts per minute using the GTron.
