Azim Barodawala

Co-founder & CEO

Azim brings over a decade of Travel and Technology experience to Volantio, with particular focus on airline strategy and travel distribution. Prior to Volantio, Azim served as Group Head of Strategy for the Jetstar Group based in Melbourne, Australia. Azim also spent over 3 years working for The Boston Consulting Group, with a particular focus on Travel and Transportation. Azim is a frequent speaker at major industry events, and has been published in leading publications such as Airline Business. He received his BA from Duke University, an MA from the University of Pennsylvania, and his MBA from the Wharton School.

Fenn Bailey

Co-founder​ & Chief Architect

Fenn is a self-taught programmer who has been releasing commercial software since age 12 for a variety of industries, including the first consumer GUI for MP3 encoding in 1996. Fenn has been the lead-engineer and architect of Volantio’s technology platform since founding, building everything from the very first home-page to overseeing the development the Volantio B2B platform in 2014.

Kevin Ger

Chief of Commercial Operations

Kevin Ger brings over 30 years of airline industry experience to Volantio. Most recently he served as VP of Pricing and Revenue Management (PRM) for Alaska Airlines and Virgin America, from 2013 to 2020. Prior to Virgin America, Kevin served as VP of PRM for Jetstar Airways from 2009 to 2013 and at EOS Airlines from 2007 - 2009. He has held senior roles at Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, SABRE, and Boeing.

Kevin Guardia

Director of Finance and Operations

Kevin oversees Volantio’s financial management strategy and global operations - including HR, legal oversight, FP&A, accounting and tax, pricing, vendor relations, and investor relations. Prior to Volantio, Kevin worked in corporate finance in the B2B space, most recently with startups to manage financial oversight, build out business models, and navigate funding needs in the pre-series A environment. Kevin earned his bachelors degree in Mathematics and Economics from Pitzer College.
