He is a seasoned Technology Advisor for growth-hungry Enterprises, helping them exploit the power of Internet-of-Things, Big data Analytics, Enterprise Mobility & Cloud. He is known for his acumen of harnessing technology to achieve rapid & transformational business results. He has lead his teams to successfully deliver several Technology Strategy & Product consulting engagements with some of the world's largest Enterprises in the field of Energy, Utilities, Logistics, Construction, and Manufacturing.

Rajat Khare

Vice President - Business Excellence and Operations

Rajat drives solutions consulting and client success at Saviant. He develops long term client relationships by being the engineer of transformational roadmaps & success stories. Having successfully delivered complex assignments across cloud, mobile & data applications, Rajat’s team leadership drives a multitude of teams with a varied spectrum of competencies. His deep technical knowledge and customer focus enables him in undertaking engineering and management roles across geographies. Rajat has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, with certifications and awards from top of the chart institutes. He adds daily nuances to his spiritual seeking and resonates it with people around him with reading, photography and long distance driving.

Jignesh Shah

Program Manager

Jignesh drives the global technical programs at Saviant. He transforms businesses’ unique problems into technical solutions by consulting them on various technologies. Jignesh’s expertise lies with Data Analytics, AI, IoT and Machine Learning. It has contributed to transformed business goals and operations from Retail and Engineering Industries. His affinity towards open working environments empowers teams to make informed decisions and become self-reliant. Jignesh’s 12-year-old IT Stint consists of multiple coveted positions in sought-after organizations such as Capgemini and PTC. He designed and developed complex architectural solutions. He was an integral part of the technical mentoring team for Manufacturing, Supply chain, E-commerce and Financial services domains. He holds a Masters Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and an Electronics Engineering Degree from MS University. Jignesh’s spare time is often spent watching and playing various forms of sport like tennis, badminton and chess.

Sheetal Pote

Chief People Officer

As the Chief People Officer at Saviant, Sheetal combines strategic goals and employee aspirations. She believes that a great culture provides the context for people to deliver their best work. As the change mentor at Saviant, Sheetal has initiated new practices such as ‘Zero Rules, Zero Hierarchy, Zero Policies’ and ‘Employee First Approach’. This allows employees voice their ideas and focus on innovation. Sheetal’s 16-years of experience in the HR Domain has witnessed several leadership and managerial roles. Her stint with Technology and Communications organizations has won them prestigious awards and certifications. She holds a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management. Sheetal believes in living life to the fullest. She loves travelling and exploring Natural Parks around the world.

Deepak Singh

Program Manager

Deepak manages global programs at Saviant. Using the ‘What’s in it for him/her’ approach, Deepak consults clients on their Digital Transformation journey, with Artificial Intelligence & cross-platform applications. With empathy and curiosity, he empowers his customers, project teams and his solutions for the desired success. Deepak’s journey of 11 years in the IT Industry has made him an expert with Construction, Logistics, Travel and Public-Sector Domains. Prior to Saviant, he worked with Deloitte Consulting wherein he was placed at Washington DC as an onsite consultant. He spearheaded project planning, design, scope and delivery for Human & Health Section for the US Public Sector. He managed teams as the offshore project manager as well. He has an Electronics Engineering Degree from Government College of Engineering, Nagpur, India. Deepak is a fitness enthusiast and indulges in Sports and movies leisurely.
