Based out of New Jersey, US, Michael drives Nium’s business strategy, sales, and retail and institutional partnerships to transform the way remittance is conducted. He is also responsible for monitoring capital requirements to ensure that Nium’s global offices are compliant in local markets and establishing Nium as a financial technology leader beyond Asia.

Pratik Gandhi

Based out of Singapore, Pratik is responsible for the Finance, Legal, Operations and Customer Service functions. He drives focus on Nium’s financial and legal requirements across all global markets, and also leads the Operations and Customer Service teams, thereby guiding Nium’s efforts to deliver the promise of offering great services and experiences through its customer service centers and representatives.

Based out of San Francisco, US, Frederick leads the global Business Development, Marketing, and Communications teams. Frederick is a veteran in the cross-border payments and e-commerce space and has catapulted huge global businesses and customer bases at start-ups and enterprise companies alike.

Senior Vice President, Growth; Customer Success & Partnerships

Based out of Los Angeles, US, Dana is responsible for the overall growth, retention and success of Nium’s clients via her leadership over Customer Success and the Solution’s teams. She is also responsible for building Nium’s channel partnership pipeline to scale the business.

Based out of Seattle,US, Rajesh is responsible for the end-to-end product management for both the Nium platform for other clients to integrate and build upon, as well as the direct to consumers and SME services under the InstaReM brand. In addition, he leads product marketing and data analytics.

Based out of Mumbai, India, Nilesh plays a critical role in leading Nium to be at the forefront of innovation within the financial technology space. In his role, Nilesh oversees the building and maintenance of Nium’s core technology platform that powers digital financial services for both businesses and consumers (via InstaReM), directing his team of technologists to drive massive growth at scale across a completely disruptive payments platform.

Yogesh Sangle

Global Head of Consumer & SME Business

Based out of Singapore, Nium’s HQ, Yogesh is responsible for expanding Nium businesses across its completely disruptive fintech platform targeted at consumers and SMEs, InstaReM. This involves launching innovative products that will break currency borders and add value to a wide range of customer segments, while at the same time leading consumers and businesses to relook at how they move funds across borders.

Laurent Reichert

Chief Compliance Officer

Based out of Singapore, Laurent is responsible for leading worldwide regulatory compliance across Nium’s entire product ecosystem, establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure the compliance programs meet business priorities and regulatory expectations in all of the jurisdictions in which Nium operates.

Joaquín Ayuso de Paúl

Senior Vice President, Banking Services

Based in San Francisco, Joaquín Ayuso de Paúl is the Head of Labs here at Nium. He is currently working to expand the business into areas such as crypto, investments and lending. Most recently, in 2020 he co-founded Rayo, a digital bank for immigrants in the US, which launched in 2021.

Global Head of Government Relations

Based in Singapore, Katie Mitchell serves as Nium’s Global Head of Government Relations. Katie leads Nium’s engagement with policymakers and regulators across the globe and advances policies around financial inclusion, digital transformation, cross-border payments, and fintech. She also leads strategic market entry strategy for complex and dynamic markets where Nium is seeking to deploy additional solutions for consumers, businesses and government.

Based out of London, Spencer is responsible for growing Nium’s scale and depth in the travel & transport vertical globally by consolidating its’ position as one of Europe’s earliest issuers of Virtual Cards at scale and an early innovator in the maritime sector.
