Sanjay Jha

Co-Founder, CPO

Sanjay graduated from IIT Bombay EE in 1995. He has worked in senior engineering roles in many product companies in India and US. During the last 9 years at LetsVenture, he has built LetsVenture funding platform, trica equity (SaaS product for cap table, ESOP management). Currently he heads India business for trica equity.

Roopesh Kumar

COO & Head - Strategy

Roopesh has led global wholesale banking operations in India, UK and Philippines, across Statestreet, Wells Fargo, UBS, RBS, Lloyds and Morgan Stanley. He has built capabilities including Wholesale Lending, Securities, Risk and Analytics, and has worked on startups and Innovation. Roopesh is an alumnus of IIT Delhi, and IIM Calcutta.

Nakul Saxena

Head - Fund Strategy & Investor Relations

Nakul leads Fund Strategy & Investor Relations at LetsVenture. He brings over two decades of leadership experience across corporate sales, wealth management & policy advocacy for technology and startup sectors.

Ishaan Sutaria

Director - Engineering

Ishaan has over 12 years of experience building products across various sectors(FinTech, IOT, Cloud, Spend Management). Prior to LetsVenture he has worked at Google as a Cloud Architect leading the cloud infrastructure team and at Apple as a Software Engineer. He was also an early employee of startups like Airbase, Crowdfire, Ayla Networks. He has a Masters in Software Engineering from University of California.

Dipti Nair

Head - Brand & Marketing

An award-winning journalist, Dipti has 25-plus years of experience across different media, including print, TV, radio, and digital. Starting out in editorial roles in organisations like The Telegraph and Deccan Herald, she went on to work at the cross-section of content and business in organisations like INKTalks (in association with TED) and YourStory.

Jay Magdani

EIR - Scalix

Ex-Founder, Product Leader with 12+ years of experience in building Enterprise SaaS products. Previous stints with Quolum, CleverTap, Culture Machine and Accenture. Education: B-Tech, MBA

Gandhimadhy Varadarajan

Head - Legal

Gandhimadhy graduated from School of Excellence, Chennai in 1996. She has worked as Vice President - Legal in ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Limited for 17 years. Before this she worked with some of the country's leading full service law firms/corporate law consulting firms. At present, Gandhimadhy heads Legal & Compliance at LetsVenture and trica.
