Rajiv founded Ivy Mobility in late 2002 when he still worked in the Bay Area. Rajiv continues to lead Ivy Mobility many years later as a Founder-driven Company with 9 offices worldwide, over 510+ colleagues and people from 13 nationalities inside Ivy - creating an experience for Consumer goods companies in a Secondary Sales space that is disparate but a solid integral piece of their Supply Chain. Ivy is an Industry Cloud for Consumer Goods (CG) where Rajiv provides rare-Industry thought-leadership on the rapidly changing face of Categories in Consumer Goods ( impacted for example by Amazon’s private label available at the click of a search compared to Wal-Mart having to put their private label on a shelf without branding) and how these Categories are positioned at dynamically fast changing channels that are seeing increased assault from newer channels and different ways of selling. Rajiv and his hand-picked Industry and technology team works with leading CG companies on what are the tools and technologies of the day that can take a CG company to reduce Cost-to-Serve for a SKU at a store across 100+ markets OR how to have the right assortments for an SKU in the store and increase sell-out. Towards this mission, Ivy provides the unique advantage of an intelligent Unified Commercial Platform for Consumer Goods giants for their Secondary Sales, Distribution and Retail Execution - powered by Artificial-Intelligence using historical buying patterns, OOS information and external data sources.
