Niraj Ranjan Rout

Founder & CEO

An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, Niraj is the CEO and co-founder of Hiver. After completing his B. Tech in 2002, he went on to work with electronic design automation firm Mentor Graphics. He took his first entrepreneurial flight along with Nitesh when they started Mobicules, an app and web development firm.

Nitesh Nandy

Co-Founder & CTO

Nitesh is the Co-founder and CTO of Hiver. Prior to Hiver, Nitesh was the technical lead at Mobicules, designing mobile apps and overseeing development teams. A computer science graduate from IIT Kharagpur, he always realized the strengths of email and wanted to make it collaborative. With Niraj, he envisioned Email 2.0 which led to the birth of Hiver.
