Be the Go-To person for Data Analytics for the GBL business teams. This involves owning, building and maintaining the data analytics infrastructure. The data analytics infrastructure will include data pipelines (data flow from sources to destination) and analytics (views, dashboards and insights for business teams).

Work closely with GBL's marketplace vertical and automate existing processes

Mapping the BD team's goals to core metrics and creating a single view dashboard across all our categories of interest.

Build visual data representations such as dashboards and charts to convey complex information intuitively and drive decision making.

Identify gaps in data storage & collection across internal and external data sources. Work closely with the business development and strategy teams to ensure the right data is available at the right time.

Work with senior leadership to define and develop the data architecture for GBL

Building a culture of data-driven decision making in day-to-day operations

Ensure 16x7 uptime for key views and dashboards

Continue to build and maintain key views and dashboards

Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played -

2-5 years of work experience in a fast paced work environment in a related field

Strong statistical skills/background: You should be comfortable with numbers and approach business problems with an analytical bent of mind. Bonus: Bachelor/Masters degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Economics.

Experience working with data visualization tools. You should be comfortable with one of Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, etc. Charting and creating dashboards to present data-driven insights is a crucial part of the role

Experience working with database and data models: Ability to process, clean, and validate raw data along with hands-on exposure to writing advanced SQL queries and modifying complex ones. Ability to create well-designed data models to act as foundation for views and dashboards

Enhancement of the existing product will include - ideation, product development cycle and launch. Build a market excelling product line, offering best in class services and user experience that contributes to the product vision and business strategy

Close involvement in documentation, validation, verification of critical performance data, feedback and findings related to the customer journey

Working closely with a team of engineers, architects, designers, experimentation team to deliver excellence and set the high-level mission, vision, and roadmap for the platform and the team

Working with the design team to constantly improve the UI/UX of the consumer facing app/web and white-labelled platforms basis data.

Incorporating feedback from consumers, data inputs, market intelligence, research, competitor analysis and design features/functionalities to always keep miles ahead of competition.

Gathering post-launch client feedback, measuring performance and quickly capturing learnings to adapt the product.

4-6 years of full-time work experience in high-scale consumer facing products

A deep understanding of consumer e-commerce buying and how to enhance it.

Have prior experience in understanding and solutioning with APIs

Have a proven track record leading with complex strategic initiatives, working through technical, operational, legal/policy and business issues. Prior experience in handling client-side projects would be a plus.

Should be comfortable with data, analytics and decision making based on data. Should be comfortable with using data analytics tools.
