He is an Ex HSBC-GLT (Lead BA & Architect – Global CRM), SLP Fellow with 15+ years of experience in Cloud CRM, Enterprise Product Management, Business Development & Customer Success. He has spent the majority of his career in the USA & Europe building business intelligence products & working with agile engineering teams.
