Abhishek Agarwal

Co-founder and CEO

Avi began his career in New York, working as an analyst with a leading inter-firm dealer brokerage. He helped scale up various startups before founding CreditVidya in 2013. Prior to starting CreditVidya, he was Head of Products and Data Strategy at Experian, a leading global credit bureau. His creative approach to problem-solving has allowed him to steer it to become one of the most successful fintech startups in India. Avi has a dual degree in Computer Science and Math and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and London Business School.

Rajiv Raj

Co-founder and Director

Rajiv is a banking veteran and was part of the team that introduced bureau scoring to India, via CIBIL. He has over 24 years of cross-functional experience in retail banking, SME lending and credit bureaus. An affable, people’s person, he now heads Human Resources and Operations at the firm. Rajiv’s has a strong understanding of the retail credit underwriting ecosystem and a knack for proactively identifying and resolving problems and maximizing productivity.

Karuna Srinivas Naik B

Highly motivated Human Resource Specialist with 15 years of experience in providing strategic guidance to employees and management in the areas of Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Management and Legal Aid. Also served as a Business partner at various levels, supported line managers in leading and managing their people with the help of HR Systems, Workforce Planning / Analytics, Policies and Talent Processes.
