He has experience across Business Technology integration, product/technology ownership, system design/architecture, business solution design & building highly scalable systems. He has deep understanding of AWS infrastructure, including big data systems.

Head- Culture & Talent Management

Nikhil has around 15 years of work experience. Prior to joining Capri Global, he was associated with IndusInd Bank Ltd as Senior Vice President HR , where he was responsible for managing entire facets of HR activities & processes . He has worked closely with senior management team to attract leadership talent & design strategies aligned with business goals & objectives to create a performance-oriented work culture. During his tenure, he was associated with organizations like India Infoline Ltd, Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd and Crest Premedia Solutions Pvt Ltd.
