Eric P. Hansotia

Known for setting ambitious goals, delivering results and driving operational excellence. Prior to being named Chairman, President and CEO, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. He oversaw the company’s regional commercial operations as well as its global product management, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain functions. He led AGCO’s push into smart farming solutions in his original AGCO role of Senior Vice President. Prior to joining AGCO in 2013, Mr. Hansotia had a successful career working for Deere & Company, where he served in a number of leadership roles throughout his 20-year tenure. Mr. Hansotia is an alumni of University of Wisconsin – Madison and the University of Iowa.

Andrew H. Beck
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Andy Beck is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AGCO Corporation and is responsible for providing and developing the financial resources to support AGCO's operations and future strategy. Mr. Beck has been with AGCO since 1994 and has held positions of Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller, Assistant Treasurer, and Controller for International Operations. Prior to joining AGCO, Mr. Beck was a Senior Auditor with Arthur Andersen and Assistant Vice President with a regional commercial bank. He is an alumni of the University of North Carolina and Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Kelvin Bennett
Senior Vice President, Engineering
Kelvin Bennett is Senior Vice President, Engineering for AGCO. He joined AGCO in 2007 as an Engineering Manager and was promoted to Chief Engineer for Combines in 2009. In 2011, he moved to assume the role of Vice President, Engineering, Tractors and Global Sprayers, and was identified as a potential global engineering lead. Mr. Bennett accepted his first international assignment and relocated to Brazil, in 2015 to assume the role of Vice President, South America, Engineering, where he retained Global Engineering responsibilities for AED products. In 2018, he became Vice President, Engineering, Beauvais, for Massey Ferguson tractors, in France to develop a broader understanding of Europe and the Middle East market. During this time, he led the implementation of multiple Stage V and critical platform projects. Prior to AGCO, Mr. Bennett held Engineering positions at CNH Industrial, Husqvarna Group and Nilfisk.

Robert B. Crain
Senior Vice President, Customer Experience
Robert B. Crain is Senior Vice President, Customer Experience, and is responsible for ensuring AGCO’s brands deliver the best end-to-end customer experiences for our farmers worldwide. Prior to joining AGCO in 2006, Mr. Crain served as Vice President at Case New Holland (CNH) and was responsible for the North America Agricultural Business. In addition to this he oversaw CNH worldwide crop harvesting operations headquartered in Zedelgem, Belgium. He held various management positions within New Holland and CNH Global. Mr. Crain has more than 30 years of experience in the agricultural equipment business, starting with Ford's tractor operations in 1981. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Alabama. He currently serves as Board Chairman of the Association of Manufacturers (AEM) and serves on the Pacific Ag Rentals (PAR) board.

Ivory Harris
Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Ivory Harris is Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, for AGCO, and is responsible for leading the development and execution of high-impact talent strategies that deliver winning outcomes for AGCO’s employees and stakeholders. Prior to AGCO, she spent 17 years with BASF, where she held HR leadership roles. Her most recent role was Vice President, People Service, US. Previous roles included Vice President, Total Rewards, Global Director, Human Resources, Bioscience Research. Ms. Harris also previously held a Senior Project Expert, International Delegation role that was based in Ludwigshafen, Germany. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and Psychology from the University of Houston.

Hans-Bernd Veltmaat
Senior Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer
Hans-Bernd Veltmaat was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer in January 2012. Prior to that he held the position of Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Quality for AGCO Corporation. He joined AGCO from Alba AG, one of Germany's leading waste treatment and recycling companies where he served as Group Executive Vice President of Recycling. Prior to working at Alba AG, Mr. Veltmaat spent four years as Executive Vice President, and seven years as Managing Director of the Claas Fertigungstechnik Group, an automobile and aircraft technology manufacturer. Prior to Claas, Mr. Veltmaat enjoyed 17 years in Sales and Managing Director positions working for ABB.He holds an electrical engineering degree from Fachhochschule Braunschweig in Wolfenbüttel, Germany. He also serves as a member of the Industry Executive Advisory Board of the Executive MBA in Supply Chain Management at the ETH Zurich.

Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer
Josip T. Tomasevic is Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer with responsibility for global procurement, materials management and demand planning. His major focus is turning suppliers into partners, helping AGCO to increase its technology leadership and to generate greater value together. In his previous role, Mr. Tomasevic was Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer. He joined AGCO as Vice President, Global Purchasing and Materials Management in 2011 and has managed the global spend of AGCO while being responsible for each of the regional Purchasing and Materials Organizations. Prior to joining AGCO, he directed Purchasing and Logistics organizations at CLAAS, GILDEMEISTER, and EMAG. Mr. Tomasevic holds an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering and Production Systems from the FHTE Esslingen University of Applied Sciences in Germany. Mr. Tomasevic serves on the Board of Directors of BVL International, the German Association of Materials Management, Purchasing and Logistics, and is an Executive Steering Committee Member of the Georgia Logistics Summit.

Tiffany Snyder
Vice President, Strategy & Transformation
Tiffany Snyder is Vice President, Strategy & Transformation for AGCO. Ms. Snyder is responsible for the results delivery office and business data and analytics group, as well as those functions like change management and corporate communications that ensure ongoing alignment and employee empowerment. Prior to joining AGCO in early 2020, she served in numerous leadership roles throughout her 25-year tenure. Her career included management roles in quality assurance, procurement, SAP program design and deployment, and information technology at Cargill Inc. She founded and led Cargill’s Global IT consulting practice and also led the enterprise Growth and Transformation program for Cargill Animal Health and Nutrition; her previous role had been Chief Information Officer of that same enterprise. Ms. Snyder holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Briar Cliff College.
