OBJECTIVE: - To build a deep debt capital markets function within the company, using syndication, structured finance and other debt instruments from Indian and International markets. - To play a key role in building strong relationships with equity and debt instrument investors and distribution partners, in order to successfully create a market for securities created by the company

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for the following: -
- Develop a strong debt investor franchise for the company's business
- Create and maintain a database of a wide range of investors
- Arrange for meetings with potential investors and make presentations/pitches for asset classes
- Conduct regular follow-up calls and meetings with current and potential investors for all the         company's products - syndication, securitisation, bonds, other guaranteed/ structured products as     well as the Fund management business
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors at senior levels and build a strong investor franchise for the company Market and place the company's transactions with debt capital market investors
- Carry and deliver sales targets for volumes placed, fee generated and other quantitative metrics as per KRAs. Raise 100 Mil USD in Year 1 and 250 mil USD in year 2
- Understand investor requirements/market feedback and communicate to the Origination/structuring team towards new structures
- Negotiate terms, pricing, documentation and manage end to end deal closure
- Indirectly manage a team of analysts and provide guidance on deal execution and closure as well as post-transaction support to investors
Markets and Credit
- Strong understanding of regulatory framework in which the company operates including regulations applicable for product offerings of the company, as well as legal aspects of a transaction
- Deep understanding of capital markets and structured finance including macros and working knowledge of rates, FX and derivative products
- Stay current and have a complete understanding of the credit of the underlying issuers/clients of the company who are being represented in Capital Markets.
Inputs to structuring and new asset classes
- Develop a sound understanding of the sectors and entities that the firm represents, through external meets, data analysis and interactions with internal teams
- Develop a sound understanding of the products that the company has developed, including regulations, tax, excel modelling and documentation
- Be at the forefront of gauging investor appetite for new asset classes/products and provide regular feedback to Structuring & Origination teams for improvements/ changes in structures based on investor feedback
- Play an active role in designing new products based on inputs from investors, regulatory and other developments - Provide leads to Origination for new clients
Networking within the industry
- Actively participate and represent the company at conferences and seminars
- Understand and position ZestMoney optimally in the investor market. Create visibility for the company/brand within capital markets, both domestic as well as international.
