Roles and Responsibilities

We are setting up a TA practice at xto10x, and this position will be directly managing responsibilities for the same. In this position you will largely be responsible for sourcing and conducting the selection process for Mid-senior to Leadership roles, for our marquee clients and also for our internal positions.

Your Academic Qualifications -
  • MBA
You’ll Be Improving & Responsible For –
  • Interface with clients (CHROs & Founders) to understand the nuances of the open position
  • Source relevant profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, own network etc.
  • Conduct the selection process
  • Conduct compensation negotiation and close the offer with the candidate
  • Engage with the candidate post offer rollout and ensure the candidate joins the organization
  • Manage Sourcing partners
  • Track the TA process performance metrics (including TAT, conversion through the sourcing-selection funnel, quality of hire etc.
Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played -

Experience of managing mid-senior to Leadership hiring(from levels Associate Director to VP)
