Your Academic Qualifications -

• Tier 1 B-school/ UG college preferred but no bar for the right candidate

You’ll Be Improving & Responsible For –

• Lead OKR service engagements with clients in the startup ecosystem globally
• Improve the OKR Service Line
• Promote xto10x's Thought Leadership
• Contribute to other service lines

Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played -

• 5 years and above, ideally in startups (preferably in the Central Program Management/ Strategy team)
• A sound understanding of business (preferably from companies that follow OKRs)
• Managed cross-functional projects
• Strong willingness to learn and succeed
