• Designing, developing, and executing automation scripts using open source tools
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
• Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Developing and applying testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaising with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Monitoring debugging process results
• Investigating the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• Tracking quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts

Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played -

• Proven work experience of 3-4 years in browser-based applications and in software quality assurance
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing and with automated testing tools
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process along with performance and/or security testing would be a plus
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
