• Cultivating relationships with the existing clients and upsell Toch.ai products
•  Working closely with the sales and product teams to take handover of client once
• sales process is completed and handhold customers through the onboarding and
• implementation process
•  Owning the post- sales process of training and problem solving
•  Evaluating and improving training materials, tutorials and other communication
• infrastructure.
•  Creating a feedback cycle between the customers and product teams
•  Implementing and owning the NPS process

Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played -

• Work experience of 4+years in a relevant role (B2B SaaS or International Media/ Broadcaster preferable)
