Roles and Responsibilities

You’ll Be Improving & Responsible For –
Provide organisation-wide leadership, direction, and execution strategy including taking company-wide engineering initiatives.
Design, experiment, and implement processes to increase the overall productivity.
  Provide technical expertise and leadership wherever required throughout product life cycles, influence software engineering best practices, and own operational metrics
Work closely with cross-functional teams, a business leadership team, and a team of great product managers
Liason with Product Leader and influence right product strategies
Have deep experience with modern technologies, architectures, and agile development.
Ensure the team fully understands the goals and objectives of our company and how their work fits into the bigger picture.
Recruit and continue to build out a capable and cohesive engineering team.
Responsible for the overall growth, learning, performance, and happiness of the entire tech team. Lead the team by example. Perform regular performance evaluation and share and seek feedback

Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played -
Minimum 8 years of quality experience.
5 years of hands-on experience in building large-scale systems. A proven performance track record and a team player with high energy,
 Expertise and quality experience in writing production-quality distributed applications in Java and a high bar for writing clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code.
 A good business sense and deep empathy towards user needs and able to envision solutions for a global product. 
Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and scope and priorities.
Should have strong knowledge of data storage, database design, data modelling, and SQL servers
 An enthusiastic leader who has unlimited energy to influence and daring to take initiatives and risks.
 Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
Your Academic Qualifications -
Engineering Bachelors and Masters preferred from tier 1 or tier 2 information & computer science engineering.
