Your Academic Qualifications -
  • Masters in Management or Business administration
  • Bachelor in Engineering or any other discipline

You’ll Be Improving & Responsible For –
  • Digital adoption of the customer onboarding
  • Setting operation lifecycle for new and existing customer customers
  • Collaborating effectively with internal product and marketing team to co-create plans to reduce customer churn
  • Handling and managing regulatory aspects of asset class and equity investment
  • Hiring Operations customer success team members
  • Data driven operations process
Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played -
  • 7-10s in customer operations and customer success background
  • coming with solid account management and driving customer deliveries background
  • Coming from Investment background at least since 4-5 yrs in equity and various asset class investments
