As a Content Marketing Manager you will be a key person in building this rocket ship in order to share knowledge and experience that's focused on addressing customers' hiring challenges.

  • Content Writing for high impact in business.
  • Content marketing and content distribution strategies.
  • Product marketing with content driven approach
  • Content writing with keyword Research and SEO guidelines
  • Successful management of multiple campaigns running at the same time understand current marketing trends
  • Creating and reviewing team’s marketing collaterals and proactively planning for content on timely basis
  • Proactive data driven decision making
  • High ownership and demonstrated accountability
  • Knowing marketing tools and modern/global marketing trends.

Your Academic Qualifications -

  • Masters Degree in Marketing, writing for tech space
  • OR engineering background with professional content writing for Recruitment Trends/SaaS/HRTech/Edtech startups space
  • OR with no relevant degree /no degree but a solid content strategy experience demonstrated impact with any education background or discipline

You’ll Be Improving & Responsible For –

  • High quality content writing for building a brand personality of Spottabl
  • Spread product awareness across the target group of customers
  • Strategizing and establishing Spottabl’s Domain knowledge authority by engaging , influencers and leaders in the ecosystem
  • Getting content and marketing collaterals created by external partners and contractors
  • Plans on product marketing converting customer leads
  • Identifying pre-existing curated groups and building multiple communities and discussion forums in the ecosystem.
  • Generating inbound leads through content like blogs and articles content on social media like Quora, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube channels
  • Awareness several global trends on content strategy, community and engagement driven marketing tactics
  • Managing social media presence of Spottabl

Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played -

  • Minimum total 4 years relevant work experience in content marketing and related roles
  • Minimum 1 year of marketing experience in SAAS startup will be most preferred
  • 1-2 years of creating and distributing high-impact marketing brand assets across the purchase funnel via different digital channels.
  • Measure and track marketing metrics via Google Analytics.
  • Experience using SEO research tools, such as SEMrush and Ahrefs.
  • Has a strong network with content creators and high impact marketing partners/vendors of the ecosystem.
  • Preferably very active on Twitter and LinkedIn.
