Roles and Responsibilities

You’re Awesome At
  • Proven working experience in corporate and medium size enterprise sales strategy and execution
  • Driving functional and organisational aligned OKRs
  • Identifying various partnership and alliances strategies for B2B sales
  • Ability to connect and network effectively on engaging business conversations
  • Global industry outlook with a global market knowledge in enterprise space. At Least 2 geographies’ sales other than India will be highly preferred
  • Data and impact orientation in alignment with functional OKRs
  • Excellent persuasive and deal closure skills
  • Connecting with founders, CXOs, business leaders, HR/ Recruitment Leadership
  • Building and nurturing the team
Your Academic Qualifications
  • Business management academic background is preferred but not mandatory
  • Entrepreneurial background or relevant B2B HR Tech sales experience with start-up customer base of minimum 3 years with an overall experience in sales of 5+ years
  • Minimum 2+ experience in international enterprise sales is mandatory
You'll Be Improving & Responsible For
  • Developing a growth strategy in India customer market
  • Leveraging the Lead generation tools and research to identify and envisage new markets and customer needs
  • Strategising long term and short term demand side growth strategies like events and influencer programs
  • Hunting and farming experience in enterprise sales
  • Create Quarterly, yearly strategic plans for revenue growth through direct sales, product led growth by liaising with product & growth teams and by planning alliances and partnership.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams for exploring upsell opportunities and providing necessary support for the same.
  • Ownership on the revenue opportunities in the new customer landscapes and geographies
  • Building long-term relationships with potential and new customers.
  • Build and grow inside sales and Sales support teams for medium and large accounts
