Roles and Responsibilities
Job Description:
● You will collaborate/contribute to the collective work & impact of customer engagement towards conversion.
● You will initiate and support programs to improve the quality of engagements across all channels.
● You are responsible for the delivery of content or communications in different channels; as required.
● You will implement, measure and evaluate campaigns across multiple channels of engagement. Your in-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Retargeting and Remarketing will be required.
● You will be a major contributor in developing campaign-related materials.
● You will identify target audiences using ad management tools in channels you manage and deliver paid campaigns efficiently and effectively to ensure we reach our objectives at reasonably acceptable costs.
● You will leverage metrics and analytics in decision-making; and share these insights with the team.
● The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders on various campaigns.
Accountabilities:
1. Conversion. Conversion. Conversion. You will be a key stakeholder and major contributor in achieving conversion goals across all Business unit KPIs. This will be your top priority and focus at all times. It is important to understand key results required on a monthly and quarterly basis. Fulfillment of campaigns focused on conversion shall take precedence over other deliverables. You will be involved in end-to-end delivery of campaigns; as required.
2. Engagement & Communication Channels - You will work with the Communications team to build and manage all engagement and social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, all Podcasts, Youtube, etc. You will own management of target audiences to fulfill retargeting campaigns and others such as mass blasts, etc.,
3. Customer Journey - You will be a champion of Customer Journey. You will study and understand how to efficiently and effectively lead customers throughout the funnel to achieve conversion. It will be important for you to understand the customer journey in order to manage online marketing funnels and call-to-action functions from top, middle and bottom of the funnel.
4. Funnels & Campaigns - You will work closely with different Business Unit managers in planning, development and execution of digital strategies that range from online or social media marketing, email or sms marketing, paid search advertising, retargeting ads, and this includes the overall inbound lead generation and customer engagement process. You will be responsible in designing and implementation of these funnels to achieve OPS, B2B and B2C objectives.
5. List Segmentation - You will manage audience and list segmentations to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement, acquisition and ultimately increase conversion rates.
6. Performance, Analytics & Reporting - You will own and maintain website analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. You will monitor and benchmark the impact of social media, email, sms, paid advertising and other types of campaigns on lead generation. You will measure and analyze campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs based on agreed upon KPI’s (paid ads, organic traffic, lead conversion rates, etc.)
7. Digital Tools & Technology - You will be responsible for the management of digital touch points on Websites, Landing Pages, SMS or Email, and use of marketing technology platform/s. You will be a key stakeholder and contributor in the management and implementation of periodic email newsletter campaigns, landing page updates, auto-reply notifications, live chat management, etc.
8. Cross-Team Collaboration - You are responsible for aligning Marketing with external teams on shared goals. By working closely with Sales, SDR, Client Success, Operations and Product teams, you will participate in building and identifying strategic direction both near-term and long-term.
9. Planning and Management - You are responsible for the necessary project management and delivery of requirements to build programs and other marketing and sales deliverables. You will coordinate with internal resources for design, copywriting, social, communication, etc.
