Own one of the key growth drivers of Recykal, it's marketplace business. 
Builds long term relationship with Recyclers & Sellers who has not yet onboarded on Recykal. 
Creates solutions to meet both Recycler & Sellers needs & onbaord them on Recykal
Create plans to achieve the organisational targets & rally the team to deliver them 
Set up Overall business & sales goal - Define & review goals of every member in the team                                                                                                                                            
Drive & monitor closely the business & sales of newly onboarded Recyclers & Sellers                                                                                                                               
Positive Net Promoter score. Continiously Audit Recycler & Seller Experience                                                                                                                                          
P&L ownership for the marketplace business
Build a strong team of sales & business development leadres,  
Be focused on growing Recykal Marketplace by recruiting & onboarding Recyclers & Sellers (Waste Generators) & drive their development to ensure their long term success & Recykal's Growth 
Identify current gaps, negotiate with missing recyclers & Sellers to onboard them on our marketplace & Identify opportunities to acclerate growth 
Innovate to meet both the Recycler & Seller needs 
Review, Analyse & recommend. 
Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played -
10+ years of experience in Sales, BD and in e -ecommerce/ B2B marketplace & sales organizations
Past experience in scaling marketplace business 
Proven track record of building & leading high performance teams (atleast a team of 50 members) 
Data Driven, passion for qualitative analysis & action based on the analysis 
Ability to deal with ambiguity & flexibility to change 
Excellent communication skills 
Should work from our head office at Hyderabad
Having strong Analytical skills
Good Presentation Skills is a plus
