2. Maintaining internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, budgets and actual expenditures
3. Coordinating all audit activities
4. Consistently analyze financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
5. Clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
6. Monitor progress, changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status
7. Assist CFO and the leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process
9. Managing Profit Centers cash flow forecasting by working in partnership with the CFO
10. Ensure all books of accounts are closed periodically as required
11. Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to assess the financial efficacy of new initiatives
12. Establish finance and administrative systems to support programme operations
13. Managing and tracking the performance of invested assets, in alignment with the policies and investment guidelines
15. Variance analysis against budgetary provisions
16. Ensure smooth and healthy coordination amongst various departments
