Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced HR Employee Experience specialist to join our People Operations team. You will act as a key partner to aligned businesses, gain deep knowledge of the business, people and organizational needs to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
You are awesome at-
- Business Acumen - An ability to understand the business metrics / key drivers to drive appropriate decisions / actions that lead to business results.
- Ability to collaborate with and outside the function to drive results.
- An ability to think outside the box / creative thinking
- Ability to analyze human capital data to identify business improvement opportunities
- Excellent organization, written/ verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills

Your Academic qualification:
· Master Degree in human resources management or a related field.
You will be improving and responsible for:
- Implement and drive HR programs and in some cases also act as a SPOC for certain critical HR processes -- Own & drive the performance process for the team, in partnership with the business
- Formulate people agenda for respective teams and closely work with business to drive positive business outcome
- Employee Relations, Engagement & Management
- Create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives
- Identify and proactively share bottlenecks in the process of onboarding or system with Talent acquisition team and/or others so the issue can be handled quickly and efficiently
- Go to person and first point of contact for all new hires in their initial one month journey with Razorpay
- Share ideas and recommendations on how to enhance the new employee experience including ways to automate or streamline activities and processes
Your experience across the years in the roles your have played
- 2-5 years of experience as Employee Expereince or Engagment specialist
- Analytical Thinking: Able to identify and address business issues by evaluating different data points, seeing patterns and trends, and turning this information into action
- Business Acumen: able to communicate Razorpay’s purpose, mission, and goals
- Building Relationships: Able to foster and maintain formal and informal relationships across Razorpay as well as with external sources. Is open to sharing information and solicits advice and support from others
- Detail Oriented: Pays close attention to the small particulars when working on a task or project and completes tasks flawlessly and efficiently
- Good organizational and time management skills.
