Your Academic Qualifications -
- MBA in HR or Related Domain
You’ll Be Improving & Responsible For –
- Establish and implement a People and Culture agenda which supports the company's mission and strategic vision for the Razorpay Payments business unit.
- Partnering Across All Functions & Businesses Across Razorpay to Build People Framework for Diverse teams within Razorpay Payments business unit.
- HR Business Partnering With the Business Leader/s to Understand the Talent Priorities And Drive Actions to Address the Same
- Moving both employees NPS and engagement score through ‘meaningful’ interventions that have a long-lasting impact on people and business of Razorpay
- Co-owing along with Talent Acquisition Lead & business leaders in building the employer brand which especially reflects the Razorpay team culture and unique value propositions for the talent to consider Razorpay team to be the employer of choice.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Implementing and Driving HR Programs and in Some Cases Also Act as a Spoc for Certain Critical HR Processes
- Driving Adherence to HR Process, Metrics, and Plan
- Owning and driving the talent management agenda for the organization
- go-to leader and SME’ for the leadership team for all people and culture-related agenda.
Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played -
- Are 10 Years or More in HR Business Partner in that at least 6 years in a high growth product organisation
- Includes Working in a Challenging and Fast-Paced Environment
- Showcases Leadership and Building High Performing Teams
- Demonstrates Ideating and Producing Creative Content
- Displays Strong Analytical, Logical and Numerical Aptitude
- Includes Ability to Listen Actively and Connect With People Across the Organization
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner
- Excellent people management skills

As a HRBP, you will ensure the well-being of every person at Razorpay within the Business Units you handle, while also designing interventions that help us scale faster. You will handle the following, but this isn't an exhaustive list.
