Job Role: AM/ Manager, HRBP
Roles and Responsibilities
· Lead and Administration of the performance management cycle
· Refinement of the competency framework
· Continuous and productive engagement with employees - this can take as many forms as we can design!
· Design & Administration of Talent Management mechanisms at appropriate times
· HR Interview of candidates including senior candidates as well
· Surveys, town-halls, all-hands
· Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
· Analysing trends and metrics with the HR department
· Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
· Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
· Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department
· Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
· Provide HR policy guidance
· Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
· Identify training needs for teams and individuals
· Evaluate training programs and Suggest new HR strategies
Desired Skills and Experience
· Proven work experience as an HR business partner
· Excellent people management skills
· Analytical and goal oriented
· Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
· Full understanding of all HR functions and practices
