Roles and Responsibilities

You’ll Be Improving & Responsible For –
Account Mining: Identify relevant prospective accounts which can potentially be Plum’s customers and capture all required information like industry, sub-industry, no. of employees, revenue, financial information, location, region, etc.
Contact Profiling: Identifying decision-makers from the internet and mine relevant information like phone number, email IDs, title, profile details, location, company name, interests, background, etc.
Handle large volumes of unstructured marketing databases and maintain data accuracy by conducting regular checks
Detailed understanding of CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot (preferred) and ensure CRM quality is maintained by frequently preparing and analysing  reports
Handle large volume marketing Leads across the channels and ensure leads are correctly routed to appropriate stakeholders
Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played -
Any graduate (Ideally from a technical background)
2+ years of working knowledge of contact and account mining
Well-versed in MS-excel, CRM operations, SQL and data modelling
Extensively worked on the tools like Dataminer, LinkedIn sales navigator, Never bounce, others
Strong analytical and critical thinking
Proven organisation and project management skills
Responsive, accountable and detail-oriented

This role is part of our Marketing Operations team and responsible for end-to-end market research activities.
Someone who is an expert in using secondary market Research techniques for scrapping, mining and converting complex raw data into the valid and more meaningful form.
Your primary focus will be to provide required information of prospects for different Marketing Campaigns (like cold-email, conference, events and webinars) and Sales teams.
