In this profile you would:

● Engage with the business leadership team in addressing key recruitment challenges,

developing the strategic approach for and leading initiatives in sourcing, branding,

assessment and other areas to support all recruiting teams.

● Create strategy and thought leadership for all domestic hiring while

leading a passionate team of recruiters to optimize the candidate experience and

becoming an employer of choice.

● Drive operational excellence across the entire recruitment funnel by actively monitoring

our recruiting funnel data, analyzing the results, and identifying areas for improvement.

● Counsel the candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment &

appropriately gauge his/her fitment with our company culture & ensure hiring of great

fits only.

● Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers & stakeholders with

requisite hiring and employment data.

● Develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research pool with regards to talent

acquisition, market salary trends, Campus hiring trends, etc

● Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source

candidates for open jobs.
