Your Academic Qualifications -

You’ll Be Improving & Responsible For –

• Responsible for acquisitions led growth for our Gaming/ Quiz app by strategizing strong-ROI campaigns across online channels and executing in a timely manner
• Define and execute campaigns on a day to day basis. Own the channel metric to get maximum ROI out of the budget
• Understand the product, market & business metrics and how paid Acquisition Marketing fits into the overall growth model (across several customers and channels)
• Identify themes and current trends in the campaign space and curate relevant changes from time to time to reflect them
• Daily analysis of granular reporting’s to analyse and drive inferences and optimize the performance campaigns towards goals & targets
• Creation, development, and management of campaigns according to clients' requirements on digital platforms
• Work on design and copy and  conduct A/B experiments on paid marketing
• Work closely with product, UX & engineering to enable acquisitions marketing initiatives & drive conversion.

Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played -

• 5+ years’ experience working on performance marketing campaigns for consumer Internet products and ensure ROI on campaigns
• Prior start-up experience is a plus.
• Gaming product experience would be an additional advantage
• The candidate must be data oriented, and believe that everything can be measured
• First-rate understanding of consumer conversion funnels
