Roles & Responsibilities
- Accountable for end-to-end execution of Tech, Product & Design recruitment and selection at Nova Benefits. This is inclusive but not limited to sourcing, candidate screening, partnering with hiring managers and recruitment agencies, scheduling interviews, collating feedback.
- Owning metrics such as offer conversion rate and time to offer
- Owning candidate NPS and improving the candidate experience
- Communicating Nova's brand to active and prospective candidates, including but not limited to outbound hiring
- Ensuring offer letters are released on time and transferring the candidate to the onboarding phase
