Roles and Responsibilities
Demand Generation Lead will be leading the Growth operations at Nova. This is an individual contributor role, where you will be expected to own our marketing efforts end to end (strategy to execution) in addition to mentoring the existing marketing associates, and providing strategic inputs on hiring for the Growth team. This role will require cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product and Customer Success Teams to maximise our Demand Generation Efforts.

- Planning and Executing Marketing Campaigns - Emails, Social Media Ads, etc.
- Planning and Executing Events- Podcasts, webinars, with a dual goal of Branding and Lead generation
- Running B2B Referral Campaigns to generate leads from happy clients, in collaboration with the Customer Success Team
- Data Driven Analysis of existing campaigns and continuous optimisation of said campaigns
