Role & Responsibilities (You'll be improving and responsible for)

Explaining and sharpening Nova's value-proposition

Providing the product team with feedback to improve our offerings

We have a very high variable component (3x compared to industry average), which means your results decide how much you make

We are only merit oriented and don't care about your age, gender or background

We will ensure this role is career defining for you

You will be working in an elite team of hand-picked individuals

You can work remotely (Our company is based in Bangalore otherwise)

Sundays are a complete off. Saturdays we work at our own time. We crush Monday-Fridays but only between 9 - 9.

Strong spoken and written communication skills in English

Experience having sold to CHROs & HR team or CFOs Finance team is a plus
