What will you do?

• Define and execute product initiatives to work towards strategic business goals.

• Collaborate across product areas, business stakeholders, legal, policy teams to manage product

roadmap spanning short term and long term.

• Owner mentality; willingness to take initiatives, connect with customers (online and offline) to

derive insights and take accountability to dive closure.

• Launch new products features, test their performance, and iterate.

• Engage closely with engineering team to determine the best technical implementation as well as

reasonable delivery schedule.

• Identify growth opportunities by conducting customer research and analyzing market dynamics.

• Be voice of the customer to evangelize and drive features.

• Launch solutions that solve customer challenges.

• Present concepts, business rationale and research to key influencers and senior management.

• Surface actionable findings and influence business decisions always acting as an advocate for

customers; drive customer experience improvements across MyGate.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2-4 years of experience in product design or product management and developing internet

products and technologies.

• End-to-end product management experience with software/web technologies (e.g. on mobile).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the internet and multiple functional areas, such as Product Management,

Operations, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support or Marketing.

• Good grasp of how cloud native web applications are architected for scale and performance.

• Prior product management experience- having independently managed hardware access/vision

analytics based product line or business.

• Strong storytelling skills that can keep large audiences engaged.
