Job Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for the user experience and funnel for the user journey post submission of a loan application. This will involve optimising the customer journey on the Money View Loans App and the Operations Platform. The Operations platform is used by the Document Verification team and the Call Centre and it plays a key role in customer experience, TAT and overall operations costs. You will work in partnership with other internal Money View product team(s). You will use data, metrics and qualitative customer inputs to create the product roadmap and work with Engineering and Design teams for delivery.
What we are looking for:
4+ years of work experience in a product management role
Good track record in designing product solutions to solve business problems. Obsessed with providing the highest quality product and experience to the customer
Ability to create a strategic product roadmap to achieve business objectives and get buy-ins from senior stakeholders. Effectively use 80/20 to identify projects/initiatives with biggest impact
Experience in working with Engineering to drive the product roadmap. Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks with engineering through multiple product release cycles
Strong analytical and business skills and ability to use data and metrics for decision making
Experience in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of new products or services
Ability to work in a fast paced environment where the requirements are constantly changing
As a Product Manager you will:
Develop a deep understanding of your product area and it’s business impact
Use data, metrics and qualitative customer inputs to define the product roadmap for the short and medium term
Own the product/business metrics for features, product releases.
Create quality PRDs work and with Engineering and UI/UX  team to deliver product releases with top notch app/online experiences
Constantly analyse the product performance against ROI, KPIs, and other metrics to improve performance.
Collaborate with different teams and senior leadership to drive the product agenda
