The Sales / Biz Development Manager (aka SDM / SDR / BDR) is responsible for supporting the team on their mission to reach targets. We’re looking for a results-driven sales development representative to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with HR managers and decision-makers at various mid-size to large enterprises as potential customers. You will provide appropriate solutions for every potential customer and further help in creating qualified sales opportunities to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. This role requires hustle, tact, and teamwork. SDMs / SDRs should have at least 3+ years of experience in a complex, B2B sales role. SaaS experience would be an added advantage.

Qualify leads from via outbound campaigns / marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails

Present our company to potential prospects

Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services as an expert on employee benefits

Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects

Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives

Assist in hosting and supporting marketing events to continue to increase public awareness about Loop products

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and their value to our customers

Think critically about sales data and recommend new and scalable strategies to improve both sales numbers and the customer experience

Identify inefficiencies and pain points in existing workflows for prospects/customers and clearly communicate how we can solve these issues

Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role

Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.

Fair understanding of sales performance metrics

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to deliver engaging presentations

High level of natural intelligence, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.

High degree of coachability and great listening skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
