Job Description
We are looking for a senior full-stack developer responsible for designing, developing, and delivering the new technology platform we are building. Your primary focus will be the
development of low latency and highly scalable backend and frontend systems ensuring quality and security. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, loves to code, and builds and mentors team members.
Responsibilities
§ Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant systems in a very fast-paced Agile environment.
§ Build, mentor, and coach a high performant tech team to deliver quality code
consistently.
§ Represent the technological agenda of the org and also make technology hiring decisions.
§ Identify, compare, select, and implement technology solutions to meet current and
future needs
§ Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets
§ Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence
§ Track, analyze, and monitor technology performance metrics
§ Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
Skills And Qualifications
§ Min. 8 to 9 years of experience and expertise in designing and developing a systemwide architecture that enables teams to build great products that our users love.
§ Must be proficient in Python Django, PostgreSQL, and ReactJS stack. Exposure to MERN stack and data engineering is an added plus. This role expects you to code and also code review your peer’s code. Must be proficient in AWS.
§ Ability to provide deep, hands-on technical strategy and execution leadership to engineering teams across the Platform.
§ Ability to design complex systems at the component level, make strategic technology choices, and directly supervise the quality of designs and implementation inside and between components. Is hands-on and builds prototypes to prove out complex designs or new technologies.
§ Ability to architect, design and implement features in coordination with the backend and front-end teams
