About the Opportunity: As a member of our Expense Management Tech team, you’ll analyze software designs, explore new tools, and implement best practices for Web/Mobile testing. The Expense Engineering team is at the heart of Enterprise Expense Management, handling all Product and Platform technologies connecting Happay solutions with Enterprise workflows. We're seeking an experienced test engineer to ensure high-quality products/platforms for our customers. This opportunity in our Bangalore office promises high-impact, fast career growth.
What you would do:
- Establish Test Automation processes and evaluate/plan the automation roadmap.
- Design, develop, and implement a scalable test automation framework and strategy using Selenium WebDriver.
- Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using languages like Java, Python, and C#, and automation tools like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, and TestNG.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, ensuring scalability, modularity, and easy maintenance.
- Execute automated test scripts as part of CI/CD, analyze results, and report defects.
- Document test cases, scripts, and results.
- Review and prepare test cases, and test data, and execute them.
- Estimate testing efforts and prepare test plans based on requirement specifications.
- Execute test cases for various software and report details to the development team (JIRA).
- Good knowledge of SDLC/STLC, Agile Methodology, and Scrum team.
- Experience in Mobile App Testing.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous product improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX design, Product, and other Tech teams.
What you must have:
- 1-3 years of experience in manual testing.
- 1+ years of automation scripting experience.
- Strong knowledge of the complete QA cycle and experience with different types of testing, including rigorous test case creation and execution.
- Analytical, debugging, and software defect reporting skills.
