Internshala is home to the largest college students & fresher talent pool in the country and our mission is to get every student the best possible start to their careers. So far businesses (180K of them) have been using the platform in self-serve mode on a freemium model for entry level hiring. Now, we want to deepen the engagement and relationship with high value key accounts by offering end to end solutions for their training & hiring needs for entry level roles.
👩🏻‍💻 What will you do?
You will have end to end (from sourcing to delivery) ownership of the key corporate accounts (defined as INR 10L+ annual revenue mandates for hiring/training of freshers) and make Internshala a trusted and preferred partner for these key customers.
💯 Desired skills & experience
Min. 5 years experience in enterprise sales (in India) with stellar track record
Prior experience of selling hiring/training solutions to HRs of large companies will be preferred
Very high ownership and self-motivated
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication
Team player with ability to work across teams to designer & deliver solutions as per customer problems
Analytically strong with excellent problem solving skills
