Roles and Responsibilities

As Sales Development Representative Manager, you will:
The SDR Manager will manage and grow the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team whose goal is to generate revenue by developing opportunities
Train other members of the SDR Team to identify, contact and create qualified opportunities
Work closely with Sales and other members of the SDR Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
Work in collaboration with Content, Marketing Program Managers, and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging for outbound communications
Collaborate with sales operations and marketing to ensure the team is set up to exceed KPI’s
Conduct regular reviews to evaluate team strategy, progress and provide feedback
Ensure that sales quotas/goals are achieved on assigned accounts
Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, and Productivity
Manage the inbound lead flow and track efficiency of sales programs
Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis

Have 3-5 years of B2B sales management; Prior experience in Enterprise SaaS firms is highly desirable
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
Consistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual contributor
Experience selling into the Financial market strongly preferred
Excellent grasp of written & spoken English
