• Process management end to end for employee life cycle
• Employee welfare and policies and guidelines to main remote-friendly employees process
• Setting up right compliances and employee training for right compliances post onboarding
• Setting up right playbook and HR Operations functions end to end by working closely with stakeholders and HR Leader
• recommending and executing best practices in statutory and compliances

Your Academic Qualifications -

• MBA in HR discipline is preferrred

You’ll Be Improving & Responsible For –

• Setting up right guidelines and policies
• Orienting globally widespread employees on statutory requirements and guidelines for employees and contractors
• Setting up new and scalable processes
• Engaging business leaders and influencing them to effectively establish new processes that business and employee friendly
• Company has auditors due to active banking systems partnerships business . Every employee has robust compliance requirements that this person will be establishing and setting up in order to train employees on those process requirements
• Background verification process ownership post onboarding
• Right set of vendor management on employee operations

Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played -

• Atleast 2-3 yrs of startup experience in employee policies and statutory needs
• Payroll system and process experience of 1-2 yrs
• New and innovative processes for onboarding that has pre-onboarding and post onboarding employee engagement to settle well in interface.ai system
• Its a globally growing team hence awareness of global startups and enterprises will be an added advantage.
