As a Product Demo Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Building a clear, concise understanding of the customer problem definition in consensus with the sales team.
• Schedule Demos, drive the standard demo process to ensure consistent demo quality and successful presentations
• Develop the demo script which defines how we solve the customer problem. Involves key subject matters experts to overview functionality and validate MHK’s ability to address the customer problem
• Drive the involvement of Product SMEs to be in attendance at demo preparation sessions. The Demo Specialist drives the standard demo process to ensure consistent demo quality and successful presentations
• Participate in the prospect RFP process

12. Have 1+ years of experience creating technical content for focused selling in the Fintech and BFSI domain
13. Have a team player mindset with the ability to handle individual contributor tasks
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and formal presentation skills
15. Adept at the art of small talk and converse with anyone with ease
16. Acclimatize and adapt quickly; willing to be part of our ambitious growth plans
17. A passion for working within the high-growth Fintech AI space and be part of a fast-paced team
