Roles and Responsibilities

At Humantic AI, we are building a new 'people intelligence' segment from scratch. Our product is at the cutting-edge of AI, Psychology and large-scale data. We believe that we have an opportunity (and even a responsibility) to personalize and humanize how people interact over the internet; and an opportunity to inspire far more trustworthy relationships online than it has ever been possible before.
Customers love our product. We have less than 5% annual churn, 82% of our users use the product every month and more than 10% of the trials convert into paid users. And we have barely started yet.
As a Product Manager, you will report directly to the founder, work with engineering and marketing teams and become the owner of the usr's product experience, supporting both the PLG and enterprise motions in one smooth act.  

Responsibilities
Work with the Product Owner to execute an ambitious product roadmap
Take ownership of product features and define everything from UX and UI to functional/non-functional user stories
Define crystal-clear product specs that can be used by the engineering team to build products at fast pace with minimal errors. These could be specs for the user interface as well as the APIs
Creatively, thoughtfully define how users will experience the Humantic AI product
Work on state-of-the-art product collaterals second to none in the industry
Will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap - taking regular feedback from clients and the industry
Requirements
What Really Matters
At least 2+ years of experience in a product role for a B2B or B2C product
A thoughtful and precise doer who can imagine products features that don't yet exist but can positively impact our users
Also, someone who is a bundle of uncontainable creativity and energy
Someone with an ability to execute multiple goals simultaneously, and chasing them with dogged determination
Highly analytical, having data-backed decision-making mindset
Programming experience and engineering background
