● Partner with Founders’s office/Sales team to design growth campaigns and drive digital

marketing activities

● Conceptualize digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media across

verticals

● Drive and lead traffic generation campaigns for different academic vertical, within

budgets

● Identify the latest trends in the industry and craft purposeful campaigns around them

Metric Ownership

● Measure and report performance of all digital campaign and assess with goals

● Prepare overall report on the digital marketing performance

● Utilizes analytics to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels

and customer touch points

● Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

● Oversee our social media accounts for effective engagement

● Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment

Business Acumen

● Good understanding of the market trends, customer behaviour patterns and competitions

People

● Collaborate with internal teams (editorial) to create high impact marketing collateral pages and

optimize user experience.

● Partnering with HR to hire,build and train employees and thereby build a digital marketing team
