- Working closely with Founders and the Product Management, Business, Development and Design teams and enabling them by providing scalable and high-quality technology solutions at a rapid pace.
- Co-owning the technology vision and significantly contributing to the overall success of the product.
You’ll Be Improving & Responsible For–
- Leading a team of front-end , back-end engineers to drive innovation in full-stack product development, while relentlessly improving overall architecture and performance of applications.
- Coaching, mentoring and hiring developers in the team and providing them clear career paths and helping them grow.
Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played -
- A passionate, entrepreneurial, hands-on Engineering leader with 7+ years of experience in developing products with 3+ years in leading a team of 10+ members
- Technically Hands-on, with prior experience in building scalable architecture and services.
- Good team management skills with ability to manage timely execution and culture building.
- Experience working with Product Managers - quarterly planning to execution to deliver business impact.
- Experience with Infra tech as well along with backend and front end technologies.
- Set up best practices for development and champion their adoption at the same time
