• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Building internal tools that will help our fulfilment platform such as KYC, Payment, bookkeeping renewals.
• Coordinating with the data science team to build models that will, inter alia, improve conversion on customer experience, increase retention, improve reactivation and other key metrics
• Preparing PRDs, plan sprints, and collaborate with the Engineering team to launch features and products that will be utilized by millions of people
