coins to offer a range of passive investment assets to its users built on top of
crypto. Flint's 1st offering provides simple diversification to crypto users with
returns up to 13% per annum on stable coins, without any lock-in period.

round. Flint is backed by a panel of marquee investors like Sequoia Capital
India, Coinbase Ventures, GFC, Hashed, IOSG, etc. as part of a total of 11
institutional investors. Apart from these, Flint is also backed by over 60 notable
angel investors from across the globe, across businesses like CRED, Coinbase,
Robinhood, FTX, Polygon, Terra, Blocktower Capital, Netflix, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
• Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership,
mid-career and graduate hiring
• Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing
and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
• Partnering with stakeholders within the organization to track ongoing
hiring needs of their teams
• Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure
hiring needs are met
• Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
• Setting up tools to manage leads and candidates efficiently
• Setting up the TA team from ground up, mentoring junior team mates.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Should have experience in hiring for fast paced startups
• You have strong experience in a leadership role within talent acquisition
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
• Have an excellent context about tech hiring
