Arcane Tinmen, a company of Entrust Global Group is seeking an experienced Gaming Product Leader to build, drive and strategize for a newly created international team. Overseeing and managing product management function, which will encompass; market research, end to end lifecycle of the process including scoping through to launch, maintenance, and enhancement. The Product Manager will be a hands-on member in understanding digital products and he/she will bring best-in-class hobby collectible and gaming services to market. The role holder shall help define, manage, and deliver product roadmap, strategy, requirements, and problem definition and contribute to the strategic development and growth of the system.
SCOPE OF WORK:
This position includes responsibilities in the following areas:
Ø Build a successful e-commerce marketplace or hobby card collectible platform.
Ø Responsible for products across multiple blockchain technology stacks, including Wallets of all platforms.
Ø Manage the entire product life cycle and drive product development with the development team and designers.
Ø Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, document, and communicate objectives and requirements.
Ø Research, innovate and inspire viable new product development strategies and execute up to product launch and beyond.
Ø Collaborate cross-functionally to drive and shape product vision and strategy.
DESIRED SKILL SETS:
Ø Proven product experience and a strong knowledge base in card collectible with a passion for gaming platform, non-fungible token (NFT) and emerging digital markets.
Ø Familiar with ML and blockchain industry and related technology.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Ø A total of around 3 to 6 yrs. of experience with a minimum 2+ years experience in product management, gaming & e-commerce, blockchain, technology or related emerging field.
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Ø Experience in internationally renowned Internet companies or experience in product development for large Internet platform products are a great bonuses.
Ø Experience in global-facing products is preferred, especially payments or financial software products.
Ø An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Ø Deep analytical, prioritization and problem-solving skills
