You’re Awesome At -
- Building important products and technologies that empower the marketing teams (including paid marketing, email marketing, headless commerce, audience management).
- Dealing with customer problems and technology solutions, and have demonstrated success in creating business-focused products, not just maintaining the work of others.
- Marketing technology - CDP, Marketing Cloud, marketing automation, CMS, email tools, attribution, content distribution, campaign management etc.
You’ll Be Improving & Responsible For –
- Partnering with Marketing stakeholders to understand their businesses and co-develop potential solutions to supercharge growth and successfully achieve business targets.
- The MarTech team builds the engine for Cradlewise that powers our member/customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. This is a unique opportunity that requires a wide ranging skill set as we seek to enhance the sophistication and performance of our marketing technology stack.
- Collaborating with engineering, data science and marketing functions to research, implement and integrate marketing tools.
- Partnering with business and engineering teams to develop a roadmap that enables audience management, campaign tooling, tag/pixel management, creative tracking, vendor data interchange, onsite inventory optimization, and measurement/attribution, to name a few.
- Leveraging processes and tools, manage and grow the Marketing database, including integrity, enrichment, build out, and targeting/segmentation.
Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played -
- 5+ years of experience building adtech/martech products with focus on one or more of the following: display, audience management, paid search, paid social, marketing automation, pricing model, budget optimization, lift testing, measurement, and attribution.
- Demonstrated experience working in, with, and across key marketing functions to build and connect the customer experience - Marketing Tech, Product and Solution Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Ops, etc.
- Ability to achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Sufficient technical literacy to both understand the underpinnings of products to make key decisions as well as effectively communicate with engineers and data scientists.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the senior leadership level.
- Exposure to data science, machine learning models, and optimization is a plus.
- Understanding of Programmatic ecosystem, Exchanges, SSP, DSP Ad-servers, cross-device and cross-channel targeting & attribution & lift testing, cookies and privacy concerns is a plus.
