What will you do?

• Provide L2 support for clients.
• Find fixes, workarounds and final solutions by troubleshooting issues while providing exemplary customer service.
• Analyse customer data and rectify the inconsistencies
• Analyse application logs and take appropriate action to fix the underlying application issues
• Monitor the application platform and raise customer impacting issues and fix them
• Take ownership of the incidents and resolve it ASAP with minimal downtime
• Escalate issues/bugs to the Engineering team and take it to closure
• You have a natural willing to automate tasks
• You have critical thinking and eye for detail
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are a continuous learner
• Must be technically capable and a self-starter with strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Work during EMEA and/or US Hours.
